How do I add an unsubscribe link to my emails?

You can insert an unsubscribe link in your emails sent through !ntellect by typing the word “Unsubscribe” (for example), highlighting it and clicking on the Hyperlink button (chain)

In the URL field add the following {unsubscribe}

This will create a link that will tag a recipient as unsubscribed.

Now two things happen here.

1. The user will now be flagged in our system so that even if you still send them emails, they will not be sent
2. You will not be notified of the user unsubscribing, you will only see it if you login to the dashboard.

This would mean the only way you would know of an unsubscribe would be by checking the dashboard.

We suggest adding a link to a contact form, jotform b/c its free and easy, because you will be notified by an email so you can remove it from your list.

This short code only works if you are creating emails in HTML, from the New Email Message tab make sure you select something other than Plain Text Message

How do I add a "View This Webpage Online" link to my emails?

You can add a link to your emails that will allow a visitor to view them online by typing “View This Email Online”, highlighting it and clicking the hyperlink button and pasting {view}in the URL field.

This short code only works if you are creating emails in HTML, from the New Email Message tab make sure you select something other than Plain Text Message
